Each participant will embody a powerful affirmation based on one of the attributes of Rose Quartz (an idea list will be provided) 

Awaken profound presence and pleasure while giving yourself a date with self care AND a loving nurturing community.

ONCE YOU COMPLETE YOUR PURCHASE YOU WILL RECEIVE A LIST OF SUPPLIES TO PURCHASE AT LOCAL GROCERY OR DRUG STORE.  However, it is VERY likely you will have almost all of these items already in your home.
