Off-Site Party Booking Fee: Sensory Enhancement, Event or Party Booking and Set Up Fee

Booking Fee for a Perfume Party, Aroma Bar, Sensory Event, Enhancement or Party with Perfuming Intentions.

Aroma Bar

2 Base Scent offerings with 4-6 Accent choices

$40 per person and a $250 set up fee for an off-site event

or $150 for an on-site event

Minimum of 8 participants 

Parties of 40 and over drops to $35 per person

Maximum 40 for on-site and no maximum for off-site

Includes:

• 15ml glass spray bottle of a custom made Eau de Toilette perfume

• Embellishments of stickers and/or rhinestones

• Bottle Label in order to custom name the fragrance

Note: 

- This is a one to one type activity, although we can offer several stations with several staff members

- Participants can mix and match drop quantities between the 4 accents in any manner and share their preferences with our staff.  

-  We will then bottle up your creation so you can give it a name and decor.  The time frame depends on the quantity of people.  A good rule of thumb is about 5 minutes per person.   

-  This type of experience works best with a few other activities available to entertain guests while they may be waiting their turn.

This is the on-site event link of $250.

This set up fee must be submitted in order to book your date.

Payment schedule:

1. Non refundable set up fee payment in order to secure the date.

2. A week before the event 50% of the balance is due

3. The day before the remaining balance is due.

Terms & Notes:

While there are no refunds for events booked with more than 4 participants, 2 months before the date of the event, due to the nature of materials needing to be ordered, formulated and macerated to prepare for the event: tickets are transferable to another participant. Or you may make an exchanges for another product or service where the difference will be paid if more than the cost of the ticket. (Perfumery takes time)

In case of severe weather an inclement weather plan can be offered for another date or time. If unable to make either of these events, we will allow for an exchange or ticket transfer.

Booking terms:

• Set Up fee for more than 4 participants is required to book your perfume event date. If less than 2 months booking, a deposit of 50% of the invoice is required to book an event date are non-refundable.

• If less than 10 days, 100% of the event fee is required for booking. Without a set up fee or ticket payment your event is not booked.

• Events with more than 15 participants booked within 3 weeks (21 days) of their booking are subject to applicable rush or administrative fees, pending availability, as determined by the Perfuming Intentions.

• Multi-day events are required to cover the cost of a one (1) hotel room for product and display storage.

Cancellation policy:

• Events required to cancel their date must provide a minimum of 14 days written notice and deposits can be applied to a future date, up to 12 months in advance.

• Rescheduling is acceptable before 14 days (with up to 3 date switches before payment is non transferable or refundable)

• Ticket transferring is permitted if participants are unable to keep appointment.

Minimum of 6 participants to experience an aroma reading where each person gets to take home their Chakra Support perfume and an aligned mind-body goal.

Host an aroma making experience

We request a minimum of 8 participants for a Perfume Bar or Perfume Party.

You can apply a Chakra Tea Tasting and Smelling an an add on experience.
