Date Night Signature Scent Set

As our name implies, when we do perfumery, we do it with intention: a predetermined meaning given to a future experience.  This elevates an object of fashion into an experience of function and transformation.

The making of an aroma first occurs in a journal.  We envision the story and narrative of the scent before we ever get close to the oils. 

This is your night to dream, to dialogue and tell the story of your love.

What do you want your aroma to mean?  What concept can it anchor you to?  What do you want to remember most?  What path do you want your love story to take?

This set includes all the items in the photo sans the frame and cake tray with a one hour zoom scent crafting appointment.  

This set is actually 2 date nights! 

The first asks you to grab your favorite beverage as you reflect, reminisce and dream about the journey of your relationship with sensory detail through our specific dialogue prompts.   This can be done together or separately and then come back together afterwards to share your answers.

The second date night is the aroma creation.  As you test each aroma upon the scent strip with a brief whiff, your body's response will indicate whether this aroma supports the story you want to tell.  The booklet and video download will then lead you into an adventure in aromatics.  Nothing can shift one's mood or transport the spirit in the way a beautifully constructed perfume can do.  

We have prepared the science side for you, now you get to add the artistry!

This set Includes:

• An online questionnaire for each person to reflect upon the hallmark moments of the past, present and future of your relationship.  This experience is called "Distill Your Love Story".  This aids in discovering the symbol or metaphor of your relationship. 
• These rich adjectives can correspond to aroma notes.   This palette of aroma materials allows you to attach a profound meaning and title to the finished perfume.  
• (2) 15ml spray perfume bottles with blank labels prediluted with a perfumer's alcohol and fixative base.
• (5)  perfume accords made by Perfuming Intentions of each main scent family.
• (1) script marker for you to title your aroma with intention.
• (5) scent strips to test the aromas before adding them to the bottles.
• (1) 4ml bottle of the Wedding Anxiety Antidote spray
• (1) Aroma Card story of the Wedding Anxiety Antidote reveals the rich meaning and intention behind this unisex scent.
• (1) hour zoom session with the founder of Perfuming Intentions, Shevah Pinkus, to provide instruction and guidance during the perfume creation process.
• (1) Step by step instruction card on the process to supplement the live guided process with a professional perfumer.
