Refund policy

Booking terms:

  • Set Up fee for more than 4 participants is required to book your perfume event date.
    If less than 2 months booking
  • A deposit of 50% of the invoice is required to book an event date are non-refundable. 
  • If less than 10 days, 100% of the event fee is required for booking. Without a set up fee or ticket payment your event is not booked. 
  • Events with more than 15 participants booked within 3 weeks (21 days) of their booking are subject to applicable rush or administrative fees, pending availability, as determined by the Perfuming Intentions.  
  • Multi-day events are required to cover the cost of a one (1) hotel room for product and display storage.

Cancellation policy:

  • Ticket transferring is permitted if participants are unable to keep appointment.
  • We are happy to reschedule with 48 hours notice for 4 participants or less without any fees.  We allow up to 3 date switches before payment is non transferable or refundable
  • A no call or no show appointment will forfeit the ticket/invoice payment. 
  • less than 24 hours cancelation or reschedule will be subject to a reschedule fee depending on the booking calendar
  • Events of 4 or more requesting to cancel their date must provide a minimum of 14 days written notice and deposits can be applied to a future date, up to 12 months in advance.

Product Returns:

  • We are happy to host you at our studio to make one edit to a custom or bespoke product without any additional fees
  • Please call for other issues as they are dealt with on a case by case basis.
